Cancellation & Refund Policy
PhotoPoint purchases
Check the supported system, product description and licence term before buying. Once a PhotoPoint licence or digital delivery has been issued, purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. Unused subscription time, non-use, gallery expiry or a change of mind normally does not qualify for a refund. These rules do not remove rights available under applicable law.
Cancellation and renewal
Contact EditPoint India with your order details to request cancellation or stop a renewal arrangement. Access and cancellation timing follow the plan agreed for your purchase. PhotoPoint does not imply automatic billing unless a recurring payment arrangement was expressly agreed. Cancelling a studio service does not cancel contracts between the studio and its photography customers.
Payment errors and unresolved technical issues
Duplicate charges for one order are eligible for correction after verification. For a failed payment that was debited, contact support and the payment provider with transaction details. Where a verified technical issue remains unresolved, EditPoint India may consider an exceptional partial refund case by case, alongside any applicable legal rights. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; bank or gateway timings may vary.
Photos and hosted content
Download your required files, choices and notes before the customer-link deadline. Cancelling or failing to renew does not extend the three-month customer-link validity. If all linked licences expire and remain unrenewed for 30 days, hosted cleanup may remove PhotoPoint-managed Hostinger/Cloudflare content under the Terms. Google Drive photos and local originals/projects are outside that cleanup. Re-uploading removed hosted content is separate from any refund request.

Provide your order or invoice reference, registered mobile/email, payment reference and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys or full card details.
