Using PhotoPoint
PhotoPoint is provided by EditPoint India for photography studios to organise projects, publish studio websites and share event galleries. The studio is responsible for its photography services, customer agreements, permissions and uploaded content. Photos remain the property of their rightful owners. Do not upload unlawful content or redistribute PhotoPoint software or licence keys.
Studio account and computer licences
One studio can use one shared studio login across its computers. Each computer needs its own valid desktop licence. Login and password recovery remain separate from licence validity. A studio website, mobile web app and hosted galleries require at least one active linked licence. Access can also be restricted for a disabled account or unavailable verification. Never share passwords or OTPs with gallery guests.
Customer link validity — 3 months
Customer links created under this update are valid for three calendar months from the first link creation, including the coming-soon period before photos are uploaded. Uploading, republishing, editing names or URLs, or renewing a studio licence does not restart that deadline. The same printed QR code opens the same customer URL while access is valid. A studio may choose an earlier expiry. Existing links made before this update retain their previously agreed expiry; their original creation date may not be available.
Gallery features and mobile access
Selection galleries allow the enabled photo choices, ratings and notes. Downloads galleries provide original photos when downloads are enabled. Save or finish a selection before its deadline. The mobile app is an installable website; installation and features depend on the device and browser. Installing it does not bypass gallery or licence expiry. Studios must keep independent backups; PhotoPoint hosting is not permanent archive storage.
Expiry, renewal and hosted cleanup
If every linked licence is authoritatively confirmed expired, website and mobile service access stops. Hosted content becomes eligible for cleanup after 30 days without renewal, following a fresh licence check. An active linked licence cancels this countdown. Verification failures alone do not justify deletion. Cleanup covers PhotoPoint-managed Hostinger and Cloudflare content; it does not delete original files or projects on your computer or photos in your Google Drive. Minimal account details, access credentials and old URL reservations remain to support shared login and prevent old QR links from opening another studio’s photos. Renew before cleanup and download selections and notes in advance; removed hosted content may need to be uploaded again.
Purchases and service changes
Licence duration, price, payment and renewal terms are those confirmed for your order. One-time licences cover the purchased version; major upgrades or transfers may require approval or additional payment. No automatic billing is implied by installing PhotoPoint. Contact support about technical problems. Policy changes are published with an updated date; purchase-specific commitments and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
